The OST Playlist Part 2

Because K drama isn't complete without its OST. Walking the memory line, be better at next OST quizzes LOL

Title: Under The Lonely Sky
Singer: Safira K
Released year: 2021
Album: Undercover OST Part 9
One cent:
I like the english version more than the Korean version by Huk Gak. Why does she sound like a guy? Love eet. Overall, all the song in the drama's ost album are great.

Title: Love Song
Singer: Jung In
Released year: 2021
Album: Bossam: Stealing Fate OST Part 2
One cent:
Perfect for sageuk drama ost. My heart bleed....

Title: Should I Say I Love You Again?
Singer: Kim Dong-ryul
Released year: 2001
Album: 귀향
One cent:
Actually it is not a specific OST for certain drama, but it is used over and over again in many K dramas ever. Especially in the scene when the OTP try to back together again, cue the song is playing. The last is used in Undercover. Because there's drama genre designated for this song alone. LOL. Couple reunion is one of my favorite!

Title: After The Play Ends (연극이 끝난 후)
Singer: Sharp (샤프)
Released year: 1988
Album: 샤프 - MBC 대학가요제
One cent:
First hearing this, when GD posted it on his IG account then straight to my ears. This also is used in so many dramas, though not as specific OST. From Reply series to the latest is Youth of May. It brings the mood to rest after hectic day or life, but also the sense of nostalgic and reminiscence.

The OST Playlist Part 1

Well, K drama, and dramas in general, is not complete without its OSTs. So this blog about drama will never be complete if I never write something or make another list about OST. Have you ever wake up and think about one song in language you don't understand but you got emotional about it, you forget the singer, the title (because mostly written in language you don't understand and alphabet you can't read), you know its from some dramas but you forget what drama? It keeps repeating and repeating in your head until it drives you crazy trying to remember the song and finding it at YouTube so you can listen to the whole song. It isn't experience I like to go through again and again.

There're OSTs that I like without I actually have ever watched their dramas. It is like a quiz when characters in your favorite dramas suddenly sing OSTs in their norae bang scene, bringing the meta out of drama. Your head screams: "I know this song, I know this song, I know this song! Noooo, I want to hear the rest of the song, but by who? From what drama? What is the title?" 🙍Ding, dang, dong: "You are not qualified as drama addict". 😞 Knowing the songs is a part of the game in K drama addict's playground.

So here it comes:

Title: And One
Singer: Taeyon
Released year: 2013
Album: That Winter, Wind Blows OST Part 5

One cent:

Title: Emergency Room
Singer: Izi
Released year: 2005
Album: Delightful Girl Chun-hyang OST
One cent:
Gawd, I wanted to do headdesking when I heard part of this song at Hospital Playlist ep 11. Where? Where had I heard this song? That low, raspy voice is unforgettable. And Yay I found it! It is one of Delightful Girl Chun-hyang OST back from 2005. That drama also has many good OSTs.

Title: Your Shampoo Scent In The Flowers
Singer: Beom June Jang
Released year: 2019
Album: Melodramatic OST Part 3
One cent:
I predict it is one of that OST that is going to be frequently making a cameo in other dramas down the line. Ha, ha, ha.
